A simple condolence poem might be mistakenly interpretated as a blaming poem.
The key to understanding this poem is so many phonetic loan characters like 枌, 栩, 荍, 椒. Xiao Ya Xiao Wan(小雅 小宛) has the words 握粟出卜 which also give me a hint.

东门之枌，宛丘之栩。
子仲之子，婆娑其下。
穀旦于差，南方之原。
不绩其麻，市也婆娑。
穀旦于逝，越以鬷迈。
视尔如荍，贻我握椒。
