A memorial poem to Cao Heng(晁衡/阿倍 仲麻呂 /阿倍 仲麿/あべ の なかまろ/Abe no nakamaro) by Li Bai, who mistaken Cao Heng was dead on a shipwreck.
Looking Homeward(望乡) is a write back to Crying For Cao Heng by Cao Heng himself, who came back ChangAn city from the shipwreck.
Cao Heng(晁衡/阿倍 仲麻呂 /阿倍 仲麿/あべ の なかまろ/Abe no nakamaro) is an oversea student from Japan to Tang dynasty (so called 遣唐使), lived in Tang till his death at the age of 73, who never went back Japan since this poem. He is famous in China and Japan both.

日本晁卿辞帝都，
征帆一片绕蓬壶。
明月不归沉碧海，
白云愁色满苍梧。
望乡
晁衡
卅年长安住，
归不到蓬壶。
一片望乡情，
尽付水天处。
魂兮归来了，
感君痛苦吾。
我更为君哭，
不得长安住。
